07/12/2026 A business located in the area of Hamilton St. was the victim of a shoplifting during the morning hours. An unknown female exited the store without paying for merchandise valued at $64. The suspect fled the area in a Honda CRV.

07/05/2026 An apartment complex located in the area of Camner Ave. was the victim of criminal mischief and false public alarms during the morning hours. The unknown suspect(s) emptied a fire extinguisher causing the building fire alarms to activate. As a result, the entire building was evacuated. 06/14/2026 A 30-year-old Somerset resident was arrested for eluding and assault during an investigation in the area of Nevius Pl. The resident fled from police during an attempted motor vehicle stop in the area of Rt. 27. The resident was later located and assaulted investigating officers. The resident was processed and released on a summons.
