Kumar Boppana of Somerset was cited Nov. 6 for careless driving and driving with an obstructed windshield after his car was involved in an accident with one driven by Meet Desai, also of Somerset. Desai told police his car was stopped in traffic on Westminster Road when it was rear-ended by Boppana’s. Boppana told police that he could not see Desai’s car because his windshield was fogged up from the cold.

Cars driven by Jonathan Wolff of Philadelphia and Vaishnavi Krishnan of North Brunswick collided Nov. 6 on DeMott Lane. Krishnan said her car was stopped in traffic when it was rear-ended by Wolff’s. Wolff told police he couldn’t see that Krishnan’s car had stopped because of the sun glare.
