Council Votes to Spend $135,000 on Equipment

More than $135,000 in purchases and leases were approved Sept. 10 by the Township Council.

Topping the council’s shopping list was $59,000 for Panasonic Toughbook in-car computers and $18,727.80 for two Zero-Turn mowers.

Other items on the list were:

  • A salt spreader for $14,128
  • GPS survey equipment for $13,195
  • A center post variable message sign board for $15,750
  • Five defibrillators for $8,853.75
  • Leases for copiers for the municipal court and police department’s detective bureau for $5,681.28.
