Gregory Lane was the scene of an attempted and a successful thft of car wheels on Oct. 5.
One resident reported that she felt something was not right with her car as she was backing it out of her parking spot. The victim said she checked to see what was wrong, and noticed that her two front wheele were missing all five lug nuts.
Another Gregory Lane resident was not so lucky.
The victim told police that someone had stolen all four of his wheels, along with his rear window spoiler.
The wheels were valued at $2,200 and the spoiler was valued at $100.
