St. Peter’s To Host Men’s Health Forum

The Sister Marie di Pazzi Conference Center at St. Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick will be the site for a men’s health forum in February.


Steps men can take toward better health will be the topic of a forum set for Feb. 7 at St. Peter’s University Hospital, 254 Easton Ave., New Brunswick.

The men’s health and wellness forum is free and will be held in the hospital’s Sister Marie di Pazzi Conference Center on the hospital’s ground floor from 12:30-2:30 p.m.

A cariologist, urologist and internist will discuss what men need to do to know more about their body mechanics and the steps they can take toward better health, according to a press release about the event.

Additionally, screenings will be offered for blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, and body mass index (BMI). Risk assessments will also be available for colorectal, lung and prostate cancers, according to the release.

Also on hand will be specialists in the areas of fitness, balance and mobility, nutrition, cancer prevention, Veteran’s Administration benefits, and more.

Spouses are welcome. Refreshments will be served. Door prized will be awarded. Parking is free.
