Bingo Tournament – Every Thursday
Bridge Lessons – Every Friday, 10:30 a.m.
Caram – Daily (East Indian Game Similar to Billiards)
Computer Instruction – Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Advance registration required.
Games (i.e., Scrabble, Dominos, Checkers, Yahtzee) – Daily
Healthy Bones Exercise Class – Monday, 9:15 a.m. (Doctor’s Note Needed for Class)
Line Dancing – Every Friday, 9:30 a.m.
June 2 – Visit from Assemblyman Chivukula, 10:30 am
June 4, 18 & 25 – Movement for Healthy Living & Life: Exercise Class in Breathing, Movement and Fun with Joanne, 10:30 a.m.
June 5 – Tai Chi with Bobbi Joels, 10:30 am (Tai Chi is based on shifting body weight though a series of light, controlled movements that flow rhythmically together into one long, graceful gesture.  Studies have reported that some participants experience a reduction in pain, fatigue and stiffness and gain a greater sense of well-being.  Regular tai chi can help reduce falls, especially for those with balance problems.)
June 6, 13, 20 & 27 – “Learn to Speak American Sign Language (ASL)” by Gowri Eswaran, 10:30 am
June 9 – “Better For You Italian: A Healthier Approach to Making Eggplant & Cannoli’s” by Allison Napolitano, RD, Shoprite/Wakefern Company, 10:30 am
June 10 – “Plant and Ye Shall Grow: A Flower, Vegetable, Plant & Decorating Event” by Kim Bo, BrightStar, 10:30 am
June 11 – “The Chiropractic Discipline” by Dr. Faisal Hussain, 10:30 am
June 16 – “Self Defense and Basic Safety” by Paul Kilduff and Paul Domen, Master Instructors, Golden Rule Karate and Fitness, 10:30 am (Do you believe that self-defense techniques are just for men and police officers?  Learn how to improve your safety with basic self-defense moves anyone of any age can learn.  This class will also help you become more aware of your surroundings so you can better protect yourself wherever you go.)
June 17 – “The Story of How Coco (The Cutest Shih Tzu) Became a Therapy Dog” by Kate Domen, 10:30 am (Meet Coco and learn how dogs are trained to bring joy to all they visit.)
June 23 & 30 – “Body & Brain Yoga: Learn to Breathe, Relax and Experience Self-Discovery” by Lucy Pagnetti, Certified Yoga & Medication Instructor, 10:30 am
June 24 – “Around the World in 45 Minutes: A Musical Inspired Pictorial Journey to Places Unknown” by Jeffrey & Jonathan Tsai, Franklin Township High School Honor Society Members, 10:30 am
June 25 – Quail Brook Foot Clinic with Sharon Joag, DPM, East Brunswick Foot Care
June 26 – “Make Time For Breast Health: Learn Information that can Save Your Life” by Alison Lambo, Health Education Specialist, Somerset Medical Center, 10:30 am
