The center is located at 625 New Brunswick Rd. and is open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Body & Brain Yoga with Lucy Pagnetti – Monday, 10:30 a.m.
Bridge Lessons – Every Friday, 10:30 a.m.
Chair Tai Chi with Bobbie Joels – Tuesday, 10:30 a.m.
Computer Instruction – Monday and Tuesday, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.  by Appointment.
Games (i.e., Scrabble, Dominos, Checkers, Yahtzee) – Daily
Healthy Bones Exercise Class – Monday, 9:15 a.m. (Doctor’s Note Needed for Class)
Line Dancing – Every Friday, 9:30 a.m.
Movement for Life Exercise Class with Joanne – Wednesday, 10:30 a.m.
December 1 – Holiday Concert by the Canal Walk Choral Group, 10:30 a.m.
December 2 – “Anatomy of Hearing: Facts, Types & Signs of Hearing Loss” by Zounds Hearing, 10:30 a.m.
December 2 – “The Art of Acrylics: Techniques & Tools” by Karen Haake, Local Artist, 1:00-3:00 p.m. (Acrylics are extremely versatile, fast-drying paints, and can be used straight from the tube like oils or thinned and used like water colors.  Learn the different techniques and effects used with acrylic paints such as layering, realistic, ink, glazes, fluid and blending).
December 3 – “The Mysteries of Medicare” by Laurie Roome, Eldercare Educator, Somerset County Office on Aging & Disability Services, 10:30 a.m.
December 3 – “Getting Organized: Perfection Not Required” by Theresa D’Auria, Organized to a T, 1:00-2:30 p.m. (Theresa will discuss simple, yet effective ways to stay organized).
December 4 – “Emergency Lifesavers: What to Put in Your Emergency Kit” by Josie Mescallado, Home Instead Senior Care, 10:30 a.m.
December 4 – Somerset Run Brandies Group Afternoon Movie, 2:00-4:00 p.m.
December 5 – Christmas Holiday Ornaments Craft with Joanne from Willow Creek Rehabilitation and Care Center, 10:30 a.m.
December 8 – Hand Bell Choir Performance by the Spring Hills Assisted Living Bell Choir
December 9 – “The Art of Acrylics: Mixing Mediums” by Karen Haake, Local Artist, 1:00-3:00 p.m. (What are opaque and transparent colors?  Learn about acrylic versus watercolor washes).
December 11 – In-service Day – Center Closed
December 12 – “Let it Snow” Holiday Celebration with Entertainment by Singer & Comedian Jerry Castaldo, 10:30 a.m.
December 15 – “Heart Healthy Holidays Cooking Demonstration” by Allison Napolitano, RD, Shoprite/Wakefern, 10:30 a.m.
December 16 – “The Art of Acrylics: Small Canvas Painting” by Karen Haake, Local Artist, 1:00-3:00 p.m.
December 17 – “Snowflake Sentiment” holiday concert by Josie Mescallado, Home Instead Senior Care (Josie will sing a collection of holiday favorites sure to get you in the holiday spirit).
December 18 – “Creating New & Meaningful Friendships” by Rabbi Ronald Kaplan, Doctor of Ministry, Certified Pastoral Counselor & Psychotherapist (Please join us in celebrating day two of Hanukkah).
December 19 – Holiday Concert Filled with Classic Songs by the Franklin Township Swinging Singing Seniors, 10:30 a.m.
December 24 & 25 – Holiday – Center Closed
December 30 – “Know the Facts About Shingles” by Rite Aid Pharmacy, 10:30 a.m. (Presented by a pharmacist and a clinical manager from Rite Aid Pharmacy.  Topics to be covered will be risks, symptoms, treatments and getting a vaccine for the shingles virus).
December 30 – “The Art of Acrylics: Creating Memorable Pillow Art” by Karen Haake, Local Artist, 1:00-3:00 p.m.
