Anytime Fitness Opens In Franklin Court Shopping Plaza

anytime fitness2Anytime Fitness,a 24-hour fitness club, has opened a township gym in the Franklin Court shopping plaza, 920 Hamilton St.

The club features 24/7 access to a wide variety of fitness equipment and live and recorded fitness classes.

“For many people, joining a gym can be an intimidating experience” Daniella Harris, Anytime Fitness club owner, said in a press release. “Our gym is small enough that we can provide personalized attention for all of our members.”

She said the club can help those looking for weight loss, increased strength or improved balanced and flexibility.

Anytime Fitness gyms are staffed about eight hors a day, but members are given special key access so they can workout whenever they want.

“We make it easy for our members to exercise whenever and however they like,” Harris said in the release. “The gym will always be clean and well-maintained, featuring the best exercise equipment available.”

Personal trainers are available to help members with the equipment and to develop individualized workout plans, according to the release.

“We also have a ‘Fitness on Request’ system that allows members to choose from dozens of video classes whenever it’s most convenient for them,” Harris said in the release.

Members can use any of Anytime Fitness’ more than 2,500 clubs worldwide and AnytimeHealth.com, according to the release.

Amenities at the club include:

  • Circuit and resistance training machines
  • Free weights
  • Cardio equipment, including treadmills, elliptical machines, and stationary bikes
  • Group fitness workouts and programs
  • “Fitness on Request,” kiosk-based virtually instructed group classes
  • Private bathrooms, changing rooms and showers
  • Hydromassage packages
