FR&A Pictorial: Franklin Celebrates Halloween

It was time for costumes and candy again.

Halloween was celebrated throughout the township with costume parades, mini-fairs, “Trunk-or-Treating” and candy. Lot of candy.

Two parades were held at the Cedar Hill Preparatory School; one in the morning for the younger kids, and one in the afternoon for the older students.
