‘Hot Dog Sunday’ Benefit For Food Bank, PBA Set For Oct. 23

The annual “Hot Dog Sunday” fundraiser for the township food bank and local PBA chapter is set for Oct. 23.


“Hot Dog Sunday” benefitting the Franklin Township Food Bank and PBA Local 154 is set for 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 23 at the Corner Cafe and Grill, DeMott Lane and Amwell Road.

On the menu are hot dogs and beverages for $1, and the PBA Burger for $2. New this year are veggie burgers, the Food Bank Foot Long, and sausage and peppers – all for $2 each. All of the food has been donated by Stop & Shop Supermarket, Alpine Provisions, Coca Cola, Bubba Burger, Premio, and the Corner Café & Grill.

Frank Hasner, Executive Director of the Food Bank said, “This is a fun fund- and friend-raiser for both the PBA and the Food Bank.”
