The Franklin High School Marching Band continues to shine this season with a first place win at Met Life Stadium on October 15th.

Beating out eight other schools, the Warrior band won the judges over with a season high score of 85.013 and a caption award of Best Overall Effect.  This is the Warriors’ first performance with both band and color guard in their new uniforms.

The Warrior Marching Band has tweaked and perfected their show, entitled “The Journey of Odysseus,” throughout the season.  Band members have learned new elements almost daily as they continue their rigorous routine of weekday and Saturday morning rehearsals.

The Warrior Marching Band competes in its final event of the season at High Point Solution Stadium in Piscataway on Saturday, October 22, 2016.
