Four township residents reported July 28 that their unlocked cars had been ransacked and, in two cases, documents stolen, police said.
Residents of Dina Lane, Holland Drive, Brook Street and Coventry Lane told police that someone entered their cars and ransacked the interiors.
The Coventry lane resident told police that the person stole her car insurance card, while the Brook Street resider reported that her insurance and registration cards were missing.
