Somerset Patriots Sign MLB Pitcher Donovan Hand

Bridgewater, NJ – The Somerset Patriots have announced the signing of right-handed pitcher Donovan Hand.

Hand enters his first season with the Somerset Patriots and first in the Atlantic League. He has two years of service at the Major League level, most recently with the Cincinnati Reds in 2015. The 6’3” hurler also spent the majority of the 2013 season in the big leagues with the Milwaukee Brewers, where he posted 3.69 ERA over 31 appearances (seven starts). Hand owns a career 3.53 ERA over 71.1 innings of work in the Majors.
