Somerset Patriots Acquire Infielder Josh Mazzola

Bridgewater, NJ- The Somerset Patriots have acquired infielder Josh Mazzola from the Fargo-Moorhead Redhawks of the American Association for a Player To Be Named Later.

Mazzola enters his first season with the Somerset Patriots and first year in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball. The 6’2” righty was named to the American Association Postseason All-Star team this year after leading the league in RBI (78) and finishing third in home runs (20). Mazzola also hit .259 with eight stolen bases, 18 doubles and was one of only six players in the league to play in all 100 games of the regular season.
