Patriots Conclude Regular Season With 13-6 Win

New Britain, CT – The Somerset Patriots (39-31, 77-63) punctuated a tremendous regular season by defeating the New Britain Bees (71-69, 35-35) 13-6 Sunday afternoon at New Britain Stadium. The Patriots overcame a 4-0 deficit after six innings to tally their 42^nd come from behind win of the year. Somerset tied a season-high in runs (13) and hits (20) as nine different players recorded at least one hit.

“It’s the last game of the regular season so we all came out loose and relaxed,” said Yovan Gonzalez, who finished 5-for-5 with two RBI. “It’s all about having fun. This will definitely give us momentum to when the big games start which is on Wednesday.”
