Life Story: Robert Reiss III, 28; Formerly Of Franklin Park

Robert Reiss III passed away on March 18 at his residence in Boca Raton, Fl. He was 28 years old.

Mr. Reiss was born in New Brunswick and lived in Franklin Park and Montgomery prior to moving to Boca Raton about three years ago.

He attended Rutgers Preparatory School and graduated from Montgomery High School and continued his education at Monmouth University where he was a division I tennis athlete

Mr. Reiss was employed for many years as a tennis instructor at the Nassau Tennis Club, the Inman Tennis Club and he also worked at Home Depot.

He was pre-deceased by his grandparents, Aranka and Andrew Dohanyos .

Mr. Reiss is survived by his parents, Robert Reiss Jr. and Eleanor Reiss of Franklin Park; his brother, Andrew John Reiss of Stow, Mass., and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services will begin at 9 a.m. March 27 at the Gleason Funeral Home, 1360 Hamilton St., followed by a 10 a.m. funeral mass at St. Augustine of Canterbury Church in Kendall Park.

Committal services will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in East Brunswick.

Friends and family may visit on March 26 at the Gleason Funeral Home.
