Fransoso Wins It Again For Patriots With Walk-Off Single

Bridgewater, NJ – The Somerset Patriots (25-17) defeated the York Revolution (13-29) 5-4 in ten innings before 6,014 fans at TD Bank Ballpark on Saturday evening.

Trailing 4-2 in the bottom of the tenth inning, Somerset rallied for three runs. Will Kengor drove in one and Edwin Espinal tied up the game with an RBI base hit. After a double steal put runners on second and third, and an intentional walk of Michael Ohlman loaded the bases, Mike Fransoso smacked the game-winning single to center field to seal the victory.
