Discounts Offered For Early Registration At County Golf Courses

Early golf registration discounts are being offered for the first time this year by the Somerset County Parks Commission.

Now through Dec. 31, county residents will be given a $5 discount on registrations for the county’s five golf courses. Adult registration is $45 (regularly $50) and Senior and Junior registration is $30 (regularly $35).

Out of county registrants will save $15: Adult registration is $325 (regularly $340) and Senior registration is $300 (regularly $315).

The Park Commission Golf Card permits play at each of the five county courses for a reduced in-county rate. Proof of residency is required (current driver’s license, vehicle registration or tax bill) when purchasing or renewing an ID Card.

Registration is available at the Pro Shops at Spooky Brook Golf Course, off Elizabeth Avenue in Colonial Park and also at Neshanic Valley Golf Course on South Branch Road in Neshanic Station and Green Knoll Golf Course on Garretson Road in Bridgewater.
