Bridgeport, CT – The Bridgeport Bluefish (20-41, 42-89) defeated the Somerset Patriots (33-28, 80-51) 6-5 in 11 innings Thursday evening from Harbor Yard. Pitcher David Harden threw a wild pitch with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 11^th inning that plated pinch runner Joe Mather as the Bluefish salvaged a split in this mini two game set.

In the top of the first inning third baseman Corey Smith sliced a RBI double to give Somerset a 1-0 advantage.
