Township Kicks Off Holiday Season With Annual Tree Lighting

There was plenty of hot chocolate, candy canes and Santa Claus Dec. 1 at the township’s annual Holiday Tree lighting.

The event was held in the municipal complex on DeMott Lane. After the tree lighting, the festivities moved indoors in the Community Senior Center for refreshments, entertainment and a visit from Santa.

The Franklin Reporter & Advocate live streamed the evening.
