Township Students Making Their Mark In Higher Education

Suzanne J Schatz received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, Shuwen Zhang received a Doctor of Philosophy in Oceanography and Nicolas Frank Accardi received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, General Business at the University of Rhode Island’s 130th Commencement on Saturday and Sunday, May 21-22, 2016. The township residents were among about 3,300 undergraduate and 700 graduate students awarded degrees.

Diamond Carr and Michael Maguire are among the more than 1,200 incoming students at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa. The incoming class represents 40 states and 30 countries. It is also one of the most diverse classes ever admitted to Lehigh.
