Somerset Patriots Looking For Host Families For The 2018 Season
Bridgewater, NJ- The Somerset Patriots are looking for host families for their players for the upcoming 2018 season.
The Somerset Patriots Host Family program allows a family, couple, or individual within the surrounding communities of TD Bank Ballpark in Bridgewater to host a Somerset Patriots player during the 2018 season. The goal is to provide the player with a home away from home while playing for the team.
Host families must be in the surrounding area of Bridgewater. They must also be able to provide the players with their own bed and bedroom, access to a bathroom, access to a kitchen, and the flexibility and understanding of a professional baseball player’s hectic schedule.
The players will arrive in mid to late April and could be in town until early October depending on the playoffs.
Many benefits come with hosting a player, such as tickets, invitations to special events, complimentary parking, goody bag and much more.
Interested individuals can apply to the Somerset Patriots Host Family program by contacting Jon Hunton, Director of Baseball Operations, by e-mail at jhunton@somersetpatriots.com.
