Bingo Tournament – Every Thursday

Bridge Lessons – Every Friday, 10:30 a.m.

Caram – Daily (East Indian Game Similar to Billiards)

Computer Instruction – Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Advance registration required.

Games (i.e., Scrabble, Dominos, Checkers, Yahtzee) – Daily

Healthy Bones Exercise Class – Monday, 9:15 a.m. (Doctor’s Note Needed for Class)

Line Dancing – Every Friday, 9:30 a.m.

August 1 – Quail Brook Road Trip, 10:30 a.m. Enjoy a summer outing and the beauty of Somerset County. Call for information.

August 4, 11, 18 & 25 – “Body & Brain Yoga: Learn to Breathe, Relax and Experience Self-Discovery” by Lucy Pagnetti, Certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor, 10:30 a.m. (The cost per 75 minute class is $5.00.)

August 5 – “A Taste of Ethnic: Cooking European Demonstration” by Allison Napolitano, RD, Shoprite/Wakefern Company, 10:30 a.m.

August 6 – “Bread, Dough, Cash, Moolah: How Green is Your Money” by Robert Junge, Unity Bank, 10:30 a.m.

August 8, 15, 22 & 29 – Learn Basic Chinese with Chiaching Chao, 10:30 a.m.

August 12 & 26 – Chair Tai Chi with Bobbi Joels, 10:30 a.m. (Tai chi is based on shifting body weight through a series of light, controlled movements that flow rhythmically together into one long, graceful gesture. Studies have reported that some participants experience a reduction in pain, fatigue and stiffness and gain a greater sense of well-being. Regular tai chi can help reduce falls, especially for those with balance problems.)

August 13 – “Walking the D&R Canal: A New Jersey History Program” by Linda Barth, Teacher, Author and Historian, 10:30 a.m.

August 19 – Quail Brook’s Gone Country: Decorating the Center for Hee-Haw Hoe Down on Wednesday, August 20th, 10:30 a.m.

August 20 – Hee-Haw Hoe Down with Country Entertainment by Mike Kaye, 10:30 a.m.

August 27 – “How to be Sun Smart: Sun Safety & Free Derma Scan Screenings” by Saint Peters University Hospital, 10:30 a.m.
