Sometime in the overnight hours an unknown actor entered an unlocked vehicle on Runyon Ave and took an iPod valued at $125.

Sometime in the overnight hours an unknown actor entered an unlocked vehicle on Pine Grove Avenue and took a cell phone charger valued at $20.

Following a motor vehicle stop on Ray Street and Matilda, Patrice Athanazie, 22, of Monmouth Junction NJ was arrested on a no bail warrant issued by Middlesex County. He was turned over to the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Department.

Augustus Actice, 45, of Somerset was arrested on an Active warrant issued by the Carteret Municipal Court. He was turned over to the Carteret PD in default of bail.

It was reported that on 7/31 an unknown actor took a bike valued at $400 from a porch on Green Hill Manor Drive.

Following a motor vehicle stop Mark Street, Fred Anderson, 25, of Neptune was arrested on a warrant issued by the Neptune Municipal Court. He was arrested, processed and turned over to the Neptune Township PD in default of $2814 bail.

During the overnight hours an unknown actor entered an unlocked vehicle parked on De Leon Circle and took a Lenovo Laptop valued at $1500

At 2:55 Officers responded to the Stop and Shop on Rt 27 for a reported shoplifting. Robert Muscle, 37 of North Brunswick was arrested for shoplifting $750 worth of cold cuts and candy. He was transported to headquarters, processed and released on his own recognizance. .

While investigating a motor vehicle crash on Churchill Avenue near Route 27, Jeremy Garay, 23 or Somerset, was found to have an active warrant issued by the North Brunswick Municipal Court. He was turned over to the North Brunswick PD in default of $500 bail.

Sometime between 8/14 and 8/16 an unknown actor “keyed” a vehicle parked on Crabapple Lane

Cory Montgomery, 28 of Lewis Street was arrested on multiple warrants issued by the Franklin Township Municipal Court. He was transported to the Somerset County Jail in default of $4000 bail.

Christopher Stein, 18, of North Brunswick was arrested on an active warrant issued by the Franklin Township Municipal Court. He was transported to the Somerset County Jail in default of $379 bail. .

Felix Vega, 35, of New Brunswick was arrested on an active warrant issued by the Franklin Township Municipal Court. He was taken to the Somerset County Jail in default of $2000 bail.

Remember, the charges are merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
