Middlebush Volunteer Fire Department Rings In Independence Day

Whistles, sirens and horns heralded the annual Middlebush Volunteer Fire Department’s Independence Day parade on July 4.

The parade was comprised of fire and first aid tucks, antique cars and area residents, some of whom were decked out in their July 4th finery.

The route took participants down Olcott Street, to railroad Avenue, South Middlebush Road, Amwell Road and than back to the fire house on Olcott Street.

Of course, you can’t describe a parade, you have to see it, so here it is:
