FR&A Gallery: FHS Warriors Fall To Piscataway In 50th Meeting

vs. Piscataway40
The scoreboard said it all.

The Piscataway High School Superchiefs extended their Thanksgiving Day winning streak to eight Nov. 27, blanking the Franklin HIgh School Warriors 28-0 on a snowy holiday morning.

The Chiefs took the 50th meeting between the two teams in a game marked by a number of personal foul and unsportsmanlike conduct calls against Piscataway.

And then there was the snow. The white stuff fell lightly but constantly through the game and its effect was evidenced by a handful of fumbles on both sides.

The Warriors’ two-game mini-winning streak also came to an end with this loss.
