Patriots Have The Wright Stuff

Bridgewater, NJ – The Somerset Patriots (24-16, 71-39) shutout the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs (20-19, 49-61) 3-0 Tuesday evening from TD Bank Ballpark.

In the bottom of the eighth inning left fielder Ty Wright blasted a majestic three run home run (9) to give the Patriots a 3-0 lead.

Juan Rincon (2-0) earned the win in relief. Charlie Manning (1-7) suffered the loss in relief. Jun Hunton notched his Atlantic League leading 39^th save pitching the ninth.
