Patriots Hammer Out 9-2 Win Over Ducks

Bridgewater, NJ- The Somerset Patriots defeated the Long Island Ducks 9-2 at TD Bank Ballpark on Saturday night.

The Patriots jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning. After Jonny Tucker doubled to lead off the game, Nate Spears singled him home to start the scoring. Luis Montanez followed with an RBI double to plate Spears and later scored on an RBI single by Ty Wright.
