FHS Sports: Varsity Tennis Blanks North Plainfield 5-0

The Franklin High School varsity tennis team swept all its matches April 30, defeating North Plainfield 5-0.

In singles play, Paul Hellstern defeated Hammad Ahmad 6-0 and 6-1; Tom Thigpen defeated Jeiner Betancourt, 6-3 and 6-1; John Gruiguis defeated Pateek Singh, 6-3 and 6-4.
