Environmental Commission To Look At Open Fire Pit Ordinance Suggestion

The Township Environmental Commission will look at beefing up regulations concerning open fire pits, following requests by several residents.

The Commission discussed the issue at its July 24 meeting.

Tara Kenyon, the Township’s open space consultant, told the Commission that she found an ordinance that apparently addresses large open fires.
