Keith Buik, 52, Sister Lives In Township

Keith Buik, 52, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, August 10 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.

Mr. Buik was born in Plainfield, the son of Albert and Jacquelyn (Gardner) Buik. He lived in Ocean Grove before settling in Hillsborough.

Keith attended Seton Hall University and earned his Master’s degree in technology. He worked for many years as an IT Consultant at Peer Group and recently as an Implementation Manager at Pay Plus Solutions Inc. in Bedminster.

Keith loved to read and attend many plays in NYC. He was an avid traveler, and also enjoyed beading and Disney.

He was predeceased by his father, Albert Buik.

He is survived by his mother, Jacquelyn Buik; his sisters, Terri and her husband Thomas Marano of Somerset and Tracy Buik of Brick; his nieces and nephews, Kenneth, Caitlin, Brenden, Gina and Anthony; and his cats, who he adored, Henry and Winston.

Visitation will be held at Gleason Funeral Home, 1360 Hamilton Street, on Saturday, August 13th from 4-8 p.m. Services will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
