FR&A Photo Gallery: Signs Of The Holidays In The Township

Sights and sounds of the holidays were in abundance in the township Dec. 11.

The township held the annual tree lighting and holiday celebration at the municipal complex, and Middlebush Reformed Church presented its annual Living Nativity on the green at Amwell and South Middlebush roads.

The Living Nativity will be repeated 6-9 p.m. on Dec. 12.

Following the tree lighting, which was held outside, on the tree across the parking lot from the library, attendees walked down to the Senior/Community Center for some entertainment, games and refreshments.

Among those performing were the Praise Presbyterian Church choir, the Franklin High School Madrigals, the FHS Wind Ensemble, Anjana Nair Clarissa Vickerie and Alyssa Jimenez.

The Franklin Township Youth Council presented readings about different holidays observed during the fall and winter.

Following are some impressions of the night.
