Food, music, demonstrations and a variety of vendors greeted visitors to the premiere Franklin Day Festival, held Sept. 20 at Colonial Park.
Thousands of attendees made their way among the rows of vendors before sampling selections offered by several township restaurants.
Musical acts ranging from rock n’ roll to hip hop performed, as did township-based dance studios.
In addition to the many vendors, the township sponsored a tent staffed by representatives from various departments, on hand to answer residents’ questions.
