The weekend of Nov. 22-25 is going to be a busy one for Franklin Township Pop Warner supporters.
On Nov, 22, the organization will celebrate its 40th anniversary with an “adults only” evening from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the Bridgewater Manor, 1251 Route 202/206, Bridgewater.
Proper attire is required. There will be a cash bar, hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction, a brief presentation on the club’s history, and music.
Tickets are $25 per person, $40 per couple, and can be purchased by contacting committee members Monique Severino at (732) 703-8356; Ty-Wanna Cotten at (973) 766-3466; Genee Dreveon at (732) 735-5507 or Stanley Croughter at (908) 208-4652.
From Nov. 23 through Nov. 25, Ruby Tuesday, 250 Davidson Ave., will donate a portion of the proceeds from meals to the Pop Warner Junior Midget Cheer Team to help defray the cost of traveling to the National Pop Warner Championships in Orlando, Florida.
Donations will be made to the organization when the event’s flyer is presented to the server. Full-sized flyers can be downloaded and printed from here.
