Patriots Sweep Barnstormers In Double Headers

Bridgewater, NJ – The Somerset Patriots swept a double header over the Lancaster Barnstormers at TD Bank Ballpark on Wednesday evening.

Game 1:

The Somerset Patriots (47-23, 58-32) shutout the Lancaster Barnstormers (39-31, 50-39) 7-0 Wednesday evening in game one of a doubleheader from TD Bank Ballpark. With the victory the Somerset Patriots set a franchise record for most wins in a single half by tallying 47 wins. The previous record was 46 set in the first half of 2013. This game counted towards the first half because it was a makeup from July 3^rd.
