Updated: Franklin High School Players Ready ‘Into the Woods’

The Franklin Reporter & Advocate stopped by Franklin High School on April 12 to catch a dress rehearsal of “Into the Woods.”

“Into the Woods” is the story of a baker and his wife who cannot have children because the baker’s family was cursed by an evil witch. She gives them a chance to erase the curse by finding four items in three days: a milky white cow, a red cape, hair as yellow as corn and a gold slipper.

Along the way, they meet Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Rapunzel and Jack.

Curtain times for “Into the Woods” are 7:30 p.m. April 13, 14, 20 and 21 and 2:30 p.m. April 15 and 22.

There are special “character teas” at 1 p.m. April 15 and 22.
