Food Bank Gets Big Turnout For Golfing, Dinner Fundraisers

It was a full day of fundraising July 17 for the Franklin Food Bank.

Early in the day, hundreds of duffers gathered at the Royce Brook Country Club in Neshanic for the annual Golf Fore Groceries tournament.

After the golfing, attention turned to the Palace at Somerset and the Gathering Fore Groceries. Starting with a cocktail reception sponsored by the Palace, attendees enjoyed an open bar, buffet dinner, awards ceremony and silent auction.
