In other Cedar Hill happenings:
In late November, the students received a visit from their new mascot, “Chip.” “Chip” took a tour of the school’s buildings and met with students.
As it has for the past three years, the school’s charitable arm, CHP Cares, supported the Franklin Township Food Bank by donating non-perishable items for Thanksgiving. CHP Cares supports different charities monthly.
The students also participated in their annual Spirit Day. The students are divided into “houses,” and each house must create a song, a banner and a cheer based on their house name and colors. House leaders must teach their house the song and the cheer, which are performed on Spirit Day.
