A two-car Christmas Day crash on Route 27 sent four people – including two children – to an area hospital, police said. Police said that shortly after 4 p.m., a 2009 Honda Civic driven by Jennifer Peralta, 30, of New Brunswick, collided with a Hyundai Santa Fe, driven by Tracy Gaines, 54, of Somerset, at the intersection of Henry Street.
