Bill Grippo was honored Sept. 23 for his July 4 fundraising efforts.

The Township Council on Sept. 23 honored resident Bill Grippo for his fundraising efforts for the annual July 4 celebration.

Grippo, a former township councilman and current MacAfee School principal, has been raising money for the annual event steadily since 1020.
