Bridge Lessons – Every Friday, 10:30 a.m.
Caram – Daily (East Indian Game Similar to Billiards)
Computer Instruction – Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Advance registration required.
Games (i.e., Scrabble, Dominos, Checkers, Yahtzee) – Daily
Healthy Bones Exercise Class – Monday, 9:15 a.m. (Doctor’s Note Needed for Class)
Line Dancing – Every Friday, 9:30 a.m.
July 1 – “Around the World in 45 Minutes: A Pictorial Journey to Places You’ve Never Visited” by the Members of the Franklin High School National Honor Society, 10:30 a.m.
July 2, 8 & 30 – Movement For Life: A Unique Way to Exercise with Joanne, 10:30 a.m.
July 4 – Holiday – Center Closed
July 7 – “Smooth Sailing Into Summer: Design, Make & Taste Nutritious Smoothies” by Allison Napolitano, RD, Shoprite/Wakefern Company, 10:30 a.m.
July 9 – “Calling All Volunteers: Franklin Township FireFighters, Heavy Rescue & Scuba Volunteers: Lecture, Equipment & and Truck Hands On Demonstration, 10:30 a.m.
July 9 – “Social Media Educational Workshop” – Lunch & Learn Opportunity by AT&T, 1:00-3:00 p.m. (AT&T will conduct an educational program on a variety of electronic gadgets that exist (i.e. iPads, Blackberries, etc.) discuss how they work, how to select when purchasing, etc. and then will offer a technical assistance segment where attendees can bring their own devices and ask for operational help).
July 14 – Second Annual Golf Tournament with the Quail Brook Lady Swinging Seniors, 10:30 a.m.
July 15 – Movie: “My Fair Lady” 10:30 a.m.
July 16 – Road Trip: A Mystery Outing Filled with Adventure, 10:00 a.m.
July 18Free Hearing Screenings by Saint Peter’s University Hospital, 10:30 a.m.
July 21 – “How To Be Medication Smart” by the Rite Aid Pharmacy, 10:30 a.m.
July 22 & 29 – Tai Chi with Bobbi Joels, 10:30 a.m. (Tai chi is based on shifting body weight through a series of light, controlled movements that flow rhythmically together into one long, graceful gesture.  Studies have reported that some participants experience a reduction in pain, fatigue and stiffness and gain a greater sense of well-being.  Regular tai chi can help reduce falls, especially for those with balance problems).
July 23 – “Echota Cherokee Traders: The Eastern Woodlands Native American Indians” 10:30 a.m.
July 28 – “Body & Brain Yoga: Learn to Breathe, Relax and Experience Self-Discovery” by Lucy Pagnetti, Certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor, 10:30 a.m.
July 31 – “Bring the Beach to the Party” with Entertainment by DJ Gio, 10:30 a.m. – 12:30p.m.
