GET OUT THE VOTE – Activist Larry Hamm urges attendees at the “No Kings 4 – Vote Early” rally at the township gazebo to make sure they and their friends vote in the upcoming general election.

Speakers at a “No Kings 4 – Vote Early” rally Saturday urged Franklin Township residents to vote early in the Nov. 3 midterm elections and help others get to the polls, while several warned that President Donald Trump poses a threat to American democracy.

The gathering of nearly 100 people at the Franklin Township Cultural and Performance Gazebo on DeMott Lane was part of a nationwide day of action with more than 3,000 No Kings events planned. The Franklin rally was organized by March Forward NJ, a volunteer group based in the township.
