The Franklin Food Bank recently received a $1,200 donation from Unity Bank and its employees.
The donation, made through the bank’s Somerset office, was part of $22,800 in donations made to 19 food pantries in New Jersey and Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, according to a press release from the Clinton-base company. The money, a record for the fundraiser, was donated by Unity Bank employees and matched by the bank as part of a special holiday community service project.
