- Someone threw a brick through the front of window of De Island Breez on Franklin Boulevard and stole a cash register containing $100 in cash. The register was valued at $250.

- Someone entered an unlocked 2015 Toyota Corolla parked on Liam Street and removed a woman’s Old Navy jacket valued at $100 and a man’s North Face jacket, also valued at $100.
- A Holland Drive home was burglarized during the day. Stolen was a Toshiba laptop valued at $1,000, and $120 in cash.
Jan. 14
- Someone forced their way into a Somerset Street business through a window.
- Someone broke into the Franklin Park Diner early in the morning of Jan. 14 and stole a piece of vanilla cake. The cake was valued at $2.
- Someone smashed a glass door at an Easton Avenue business in an attempt to break in.
- Someone entered an unlocked 2014 Kia and stole a pair of Gucci sunglasses valued at $400.
Jan. 15
- Someone broke into a guest’s room at a Cedar Grove Lane hotel and stole an Apple iPad valued at $500.
- Someone entered an unlocked car on Como Drive and stole a black leather jacket valued at $100 and pain medication valued at $197.
Jan. 17
- Joseph Murray 33, of the township, was arrested on a warrant.
- Unidentified people got into a fight outside an Easton Avenue business, which ended with the business suffering a broken window valued at $400.
- An Ari Drive home was burglarized.
Jan. 18
- A bathroom vent in an Easton Avenue building caught fire, but was extinguished before police and firefighters arrived.
- Someone entered and exited a Girard Avenue home through a kitchen window. No indication if anything was stolen.
