Video Story: Community Fellowship Mass Choir Holds Benefit Concert For Ugandan Church

A Ugandan church ministry was the beneficiary of a Dec. 10 concert by the Community Fellowship Mass Choir at Rutgers Community Church on Cedar Grove Lane.

The benefit concert also featured performances by the 5 Loaves & 2 Fish Orchestra, and solos by Lenore Davis and the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir’s Pam Pettway.

The concert was hosted by Craig Hayes, minister of music at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Burlington and a radio program host.

The choir raised money for the Rock Church Ministry of Uganda’s new school in the Maizimasa region. The CFMC has financially supported the Rock Church Ministry since 2014.

The Franklin Reporter & Advocate interviewed the CFMC’s music director, Gabriel Cordeiro prior to the concert and also live streamed the concert’s first half.
