Somerset Patriots To Host Star Wars Night On Monday, August 17th

SPB-3384 WEB Star Wars 1024X576Bridgewater, NJ- The Somerset Patriots have announced that they will host Star Wars* Night on Monday, August 17th at TD Bank Ballpark.   The first pitch against the Long Island Ducks is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.

Star Wars night has been a great tradition over the years, as we welcome members of the 501st Legion of Star Wars Costume Organization to come dressed as your favorite Star Wars characters, including Darth Vader, Stormtroopers, Jedi’s and more!

There will also be members from the Mandalorian Mercs Costume Club available to take pictures with the fans.

In addition, the Somerset Patriots Players will be wearing a very special Stormtrooper themed Jersey, which will be silent auctioned throughout the game, for fans to bid on and win to help raise money for the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association (CMTA).

Fans wearing Star Wars costumes or apparel will receive a $2 ticket discount for that night’s game, and enjoy Star Wars music, video clips and more in advance of the release of Star Wars Episode VII later in the year.

The fun begins at 6:45 p.m. with a special presentation on the field.

Fans will be able to take pictures during the game with their favorite Star Wars Characters throughout the game on the main concourse.

Discounted group tickets are available if purchased in advance. Contact the group sales department at (908) 252-0700 or groups@somersetpatriots.com for more information.
