Life Story: Michael Rothberg, 77; East Millstone FAS And Middlebush FD Member

Michael Leonard Rothberg passed away on March 20.

Born on June 15, 1940 to Dr. Joseph and Helen Rothberg in the Bronx, New York, he graduated from Peekskill Military Academy and City College of New York. He was a business owner and computer networking instructor, as well as a volunteer EMT for East Millstone First Aid Squad and volunteer firefighter for Middlebush Fire Department.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Judy Morgenstern Rothberg, daughters Allison Rothberg and Deborah (Rothberg) Perelman, son-in-law Alexander Perelman, and grandchildren Jacob and Anna.

Services will be at 11 a.m. March 22 at Temple Beth El of Somerset, 1489 Hamilton St., followed by burial at Beth Israel Cemetery/Woodbridge Memorial Park.
