The Board of Education at its October 27 meeting approved contracts worth $482,554.86.
The approved contracts were:
- A contract from The Imperia for the Class of 2027 Yearbook Signing Dinner to be held in June 2027 for the amount of $11,068.43.
- A transportation quote contract, identified as QLTP.751/81, from Montauk Transit, LLC81B Chimney Rock Rd Bridgewater, NJ for the period of September 22, 2026 – June 30, 2027, in the amount not to exceed $19,800.
- A quote from Powerful Dave, LLC. for 16 performances of “Stop Bullying Now!” to take place at the elementary schools in the month of October for the amount of $12,880.00.
- A transportation-bided contract # 2027-12 between Franklin Township Public Schools with Mercy Transportation of Monmouth Junction, from September 01, 2026 – June 30, 2027 for two routes *320.502 and *EAS.902/992 in the amount of $118,260.
- A professional service agreement between Bonnie Munson, MA, LDT-C and Franklin Township Board of Education to provide Educational Evaluations for Franklin Township students during the 2026-2027 school year. Rate: $575.00 Educational Evaluation Not to exceed the amount of $8625.00
- Approve tuition contract agreement between the Somerset County Vocational & Technical School and Franklin Township Board of Education to purchase career and technical educational services for the 2026-2027 school year for resident students enrolled in the Career & Technical Program or the Academy for Health and Medical Sciences Program at the cost of $2,584.00 per full time student and $1,292.00 for shared time student for a total amount not to exceed $142,120.00.
- A School Trip Agreement with Akiba AM LP dba Pocono Valley Resort for the Pathfinder Package for the FY27 Senior Trip for the amount of $21,320.00.
- An invoice from Janet L. Celi “Top of the Class” for Food Services Staffand Manager Training for the amount of $8,481.43.
- An agreement between Lincoln Technical Institute and Franklin Township Board of Education for the Shared-Time Career and Technical Education Program student tuition, for the 2026-2027 school year, not to exceed $125,000.
- A professional service agreement between Jersey Irish Medical LLC D/B/A AFC Urgent Care and Franklin Township Board of Education to provide drug screening and physical exams for Franklin Township students during the 2026-2027 school year. Not to exceed the amount of $7,200.00. $120.00 per exam. Board Approved September 24, 2026. *An additional amount of $10,000.00 is needed for drug screening and physical exams for the 2026-2027 school year. Not to exceed the amount of $17,200.00.
- A professional service agreement with Rutgers University Behavioral Healthcare for providing Bedside Instruction to Franklin Township students while hospitalized during the 2026-2027 school year. Rate: $75.00/hour Not to exceed the amount of $5,000.00
