Bridgeport, CT – The Somerset Patriots (26-16) defeated the Bridgeport Bluefish (16-27) 8-7 Saturday evening from Harbor Yard. These two squads have split the first two games of this wrap around four game weekend series.

In the top of the first inning left fielder Aharon Eggleston slashed a RBI double and first baseman Robbie Widlansky sliced a RBI single as Somerset took an early 2-0 advantage.
