Nigerian King Visits Township, Dubs Mayor As ‘Chief’

Kramer was dubbed a chief on August 9 by a visiting Nigerian King – Olusegun Aderemi of Aramako, Nigeria – and given a title which in English means, “he that has made a king proud.”
